Types of Pharmaceutical Products Assembled

DMW Automation engineers converted a manual vial tray loading operation into an automated operation, increasing the packaging speed from 78 vials loaded per man-hour worked to 1,666 vials per man-hour worked.

We developed a bottle part insertion and cap-closing machine that operates at speeds of 200+ bottles per minute, 30% faster than the original customer requirement.

We offer the patented ACE-trac™ (Articulated Carrier Element) vial handling technology that allows high speed automated vial coding and inspection at speeds of 400+ vials per minute.

DMW Automation has also developed a rotary dial vial handling technology that allows high speed automated vial leak testing at speeds of 300+ vials per minute.
