The FAQs that follow address some of the questions we are asked about DMW Automation that don’t easily fall into any of the other categories.

Does DMW Automation have experience building equipment to meet the electrical requirements of foreign markets?

DMW Automation has produced numerous pieces of complex equipment for foreign markets including several European countries and China. We also self-CE certify our equipment for all European installations.

We have the capability in house to run virtually all voltages and frequencies commonly found abroad using our own generator.

Has DMW Automation managed the exporting of equipment?

DMW Automation has produced numerous pieces of equipment for foreign markets including several European countries and China. We prepare all transportation and import/export documentation required in house.

What does DMW Automation do to ensure the data we provide is protected?

DMW Automation knows that our ability to obtain repeat business is based on a number of performance issues, however we also know that our ability to protect proprietary information is critical as well.

We have instituted a Business Code of Ethics that we require all employees to understand and sign that they agree with. This code requires all employees to protect both DMW Automation and customer confidential information.
