Our custom automated equipment or systems can improve:
When the time comes to update your equipment, production line, or entire operation, you need to make a choice. You can either purchase new automation equipment or systems or upgrade your current equipment or systems.
If you choose to remanufacture, DMW Automation’s engineering group will take your existing equipment, including non-DMW Automation equipment, and completely rework it from the ground up. Although upgraded or refurbished machines and systems can sometimes cost less than new equipment, each situation is different and needs to be assessed individually.
With the initial communication we can determine if we are a good fit for your application. We will then ask you to supply us specifics about your requirements such as the specific assembly process, production rates, space requirements, component specifications, drawings and samples, special needs such as printing, vision systems, etc.
The next stage is for us to have our engineering group generate a high-level conceptual design that can be used to determine pricing and delivery as well as to obtain customer approval as to the general design approach.

Although we have equipment in the field that is over 30 years old, we find that the product life cycles for which our equipment was built in generally shorter than the life of the our equipment. Life expectancy can be extended with periodic maintenance and occasional part or station replacement.
