Diamond Machine Werks engineers will take a project from concept to prototyping, all the way to the final product. Our design engineering is facilitated by fully integrated SolidWorks and AutoCAD workstations, operated by a combination of 17 mechanical and electrical engineers, each trained and experienced in their area of expertise.

Engineering capabilities include: 3D mechanical design, in-house programming of PLC's and PC's, HMI machine controls via touch-screen, data collection, software validation, CE certification and more.

Manufacturing

Diamond Machine Werks has over 35 machining centers such as turning, milling, boring and NC machining including 4-axis work.

DMW's state of the art CAM system is capable of machining a part from a solid model.

This equipment gives DMW the capability of manufacturing all critical parts in-house for higher quality and improved cost-control.
