Types of Consumer Products Assembled
DMW Automation has developed and implemented automated solutions to feed, orient, and place tubes into blister packaging machines at up to 550 parts per minute, an output increase of 100%.
We have developed new methods for placing multiple trigger spray pump designs onto different bottles and electronically tightening them to a known torque at a machine rate of 300 parts per minute, with a total reject rate of less than 0.5%.
