DMW Automation is very strong from an engineering perspective. With this skill set, we provide very good design solutions. Our extensive engineering experience, over a wide range of applications and platform solutions, ensures a positive outcome to any customer design requirements. Our strong engineering orientation provides automation solutions yielding timely delivery, excellent equipment performance, and competitive costs.
DMW Automation has extensive experience with various PLC and Servo platforms including:
Our wide-ranging experience gives us flexibility and allows us to provide our customers with the best value solution for their unique application.
DMW Automation’s in-house fabrication services allow us to provide complex or challenging fabricated components (such as large ring cams or worm screws) with known precision through the use of our state-of-the-art, multi-axis, CNC equipment. This in-house fabrication complements routine fabrication that is obtained from external suppliers.
Our complete control of critical and common part fabrication provides our customers with timely project completion, assurance of parts that meet specifications, and long-lasting, properly functioning, custom equipment and systems.
DMW Automation's core business is to provide our customers with custom engineered solutions to their complex and unique automation assembly and/or automation packaging requirements. By combining this capability with in-house manufacturing, assembly services, and integration services of 3rd party technology, we provide our customers with all of the answers to their challenging needs under one roof, eliminating their need to source other vendors.
DMW Automation supplies this key automation technology and it is best demonstrated in our battery and consumer product assembly & packaging applications. Continuous motion technology’s smoother assembly lowers maintenance costs when compared to indexing platforms. It provides longer process time while still achieving high assembly speeds, resulting in increased customer productivity. Continuous motion also allows for assembly processes to occur in series while all components are kept under full control, resulting in higher quality and reduced reject levels.
DMW Automation operates three separate assembly areas within our 60,000 sq. ft. facility, allowing us to handle any project, from small to very large, while retaining the capability to quarantine a specific area, when a customer‘s project confidentiality requires it.
Some assembly areas include overhead crane support for handling larger components. In addition, we offer have a new 4,000 square foot "clean" assembly area for medical and pharmaceutical automation projects.
This flexibility allows us to service many different industries while keeping our customers' technology secure.
