DMW Automation is always looking for new engineering solutions such as our patent-pending trigger tourqueing mechanism, new approach bottle orientor with a patented orienting mechanism, or new high-speed battery assembly techniques, resulting in added value and increased productivity for our customers. We listen to their production problems, and then engineer, manufacture, test, and install their custom automated solution.

We are located in the metro Chicago area, a central location that allows us to easily serve domestic producers. Due to this location, obtaining after-the-sale support and service is quicker and easier and much more readily available than support from non-domestic suppliers. Communication is faster and easier eliminating confusion and associated lost time.

Our customers often receive automation equipment or systems that exceed their requirements - at the quoted cost! The DMW Automation facility is located just 15-minutes from Chicago’s O'Hare airport. O'Hare offers direct flights to most locations in the U.S. and most major cities worldwide, resulting in convenient access for our customers and ease of service scheduling for DMW Automation personnel.

DMW Automation personnel will accommodate, whenever possible, the changing needs of a customer throughout a project. This allows our customers to get an earlier jump on a project while the specifications might be evolving as the project develops.
Is a “One Stop Shop” automation vendor
We offer a large and varied tool kit of services to ultimately ship completed pieces of custom automation equipment. We provide initial concept design, engineering, prototyping, reverse engineering, manufacturing and assembly.
We also build-to-print if our customers already have their designs. We are capable of integrating our equipment or systems into a customer’s existing production lines. We handle Factory Acceptance Testing at our facility and provide complete installation and training services. And finally, we provide on-going service and support, for years and decades.
