Diamond Machine Werks Electronic Tablet Counters incorporate the patented Batching Systems Dual-View optical sensing technology. The Dual-View sensor scans a 3-D image and calculates the volume of each individual tablet, thus allowing customers to 100% inspect the size and count of every tablet in every bottle.
Configurable through the HMI is the ability to set min/max tablet volume thresholds.
With its tool-less changeover the DMW Electronic Tablet Counter is ideal for customers who change tablet, capsule, gel cap or caplet products frequently.
The DMW Electronic Tablet Counter can be incorporated in existing packaging lines and can be configured for a variety of bottle and tablet sizes, and output requirements.
